Responsible for project development and execution within the track, screening and analyzing potential investment opportunities, and managing the database of investment targets. Gatekeep the project execution process and maintain the core resource relationship of the track. Responsible for team building, personnel management and training.
Major in finance or other related fields and obtain more than 5 years working experience. Inter-disciplinary talents are preferred. In-depth experience in at least 1-2 segments, rich industry contacts, projects and investor resources. Excellent project management ability and comprehensive analysis ability.

What We Offer
M&A-M&A Manager/Senior Manager
Independent industry analysis and research, financial model building and review, valuation analysis and other work, leading due diligence related work. Guide the work of analysts and check and control the quality of materials to ensure timely and accurate. Actively maintain customer relations.
3-5 years of relevant experience in M&A, fully participated in multiple M&A transactions. Have strong analytical and research ability and financial knowledge reserve, be good at thinking, and pay attention to details.

FA-Analyst / Senior Analyst.
Assist in conducting in-depth industry research and participate in due diligence in pre-project phase and materials writing in the execution phase.
Finance or other professional background and more than 1 year working experience. Inter-disciplinary talents are preferred. Familiar with a specific industry, and have excellent study and research ability and information integration ability.
